Abiraterone works by reducing androgen production in the body. Androgens are male hormones that can promote tumor growth in the prostate gland.

Bdron is used together with prednisone to treat prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.

Stop using Bdron and call your doctor at once if you have:

swelling in your ankles or feet, pain in your legs; pain or burning when you urinate; dangerously high blood pressure - severe headache, blurred vision, pounding in your neck or ears, nosebleed, anxiety, severe chest pain, shortness of breath;
liver problems - nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, tired feeling, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice;

amide is a prescription medicine used to treat prostate cancer in men who have received surgery or hormone therapy to lower testosterone.

Enzalutamide is sometimes used when the cancer no longer responds to treatment, but has not spread to other parts of the body.

Enzalutamide is also used to when the cancer has responded to treatment and has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).

Zoladex 3.6 mg injection is a chemotherapy agent containing the active constituent Goserelin Acetate. This medicine belongs to the luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonists. In Men, it is used in combination with other medicines to treat localized prostate cancer and used alone to treat advanced prostate cancer. 

In women, it is used to treat advanced breast cancer, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. It is also used as an endometrial-thinning agent before surgery on your uterus. It also helps to treat infertility with other medicines. Inform your doctor immediately if you face any injection site injury after receiving the injection.  

Zoladex 3.6 injection works by reducing testosterone hormone in men and estrogen hormone in women. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, including rhythm changes. Consult your doctor if you face any mood changes like depression or anxiety when taking this medicine. 

Jemperli Injection is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of certain advanced or recurrent cancers. It belongs to the class of immune checkpoint inhibitors that target the programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) pathway. By blocking PD-1, Jemperli Injection restores the ability of the immune system to detect and attack cancer cells.

It is given as an intravenous (IV) infusion, typically every 3–6 weeks, under medical supervision. Jemperli Injection has shown particular benefit in patients with mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) tumours, which rely on faulty DNA repair mechanisms.

Regular monitoring of liver function, thyroid levels, and immune-related side effects is necessary. As an immunotherapy, it may cause the immune system to attack healthy tissues (immune-related adverse events). It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and patients with autoimmune conditions or organ transplants must inform their doctor before starting therapy. • Treatment of adult patients with recurrent or advanced dMMR/MSI-H endometrial cancer that has progressed on or after prior therapy and who are not candidates for curative surgery or radiation.

Cancer cells can evade immune detection by activating the PD-1 receptor on T-cells, which shuts down the immune attack. Jemperli Injection is a PD-1 blocking antibody that prevents this “off switch” from being triggered.

By blocking PD-1, Jemperli Injection allows T-cells to remain active, enabling the immune system to recognise and destroy cancer cells more effectively. This results in long-lasting antitumor responses in many patients with dMMR/MSI-H cancers.

FRAGMIN Injection (dalteparin sodium injection) is a sterile, low molecular weightheparin. It is available in single-dose, prefilled syringes preassembled with a needle guard device, and multiple-dose vials. With reference to the W.H.O. First International Low Molecular Weight Heparin Reference Standard, each syringe contains either 2,500, 5,000, 7,500, 10,000, 12,500, 15,000 or 18,000 anti-Factor Xa international units (IU), equivalent to 16, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96 or 115.2 mg dalteparin sodium, respectively. Each multiple-dose vial contains either 10,000 or 25,000 anti-Factor Xa IU per 1 mL (equivalent to 64 or 160 mg dalteparin sodium, respectively), for a total of 95,000 anti-Factor Xa IU per vial.

Each prefilled syringe also contains Water for Injection and sodium chloride, when required, to maintainphysiologicionic strength.

Lenalidomide is also used in combination with dexamathasone to treat multiple myeloma (plasma cell cancer) in patients who have received at least one prior therapy. Lenalid is also available in 5 mg & 10 mg strength.

Amivantamab, sold under the brand name Rybrevant, is a bispecific monoclonal antibody used to treat non-small cell lung cancer.^[4][5][6][7] Amivantamab is a bispecific epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor-directed and MET receptor-directed antibody. It is the first treatment for adults with non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors have specific types of genetic mutations: epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations.^[5]

The most common side effects include rash, infusion-related reactions, skin infections around the fingernails or toenails, muscle and joint pain, shortness of breath, nausea, fatigue, swelling in the lower legs or hands or face, sores in the mouth, cough, constipation, vomiting and changes in certain blood tests.^[5][6]

Amivantamab was approved for medical use in the United States in May 2021,^[5][6][8][9] and in the European Union in December 2021.^[7] The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers it to be a first-in-class medication.^[10]
